The ReBEQI project - moving away from luck-based quality improvement
 

Quality improvement (QI) measures aim to improve health services. However, commonly used strategies for QI do not change practice or improve patient care. ReBEQI will narrow the gap between research and practice through a research-based approach to QI. We will establish a framework for the selection, implementation and evaluation of QI interventions that address identified barriers to change and that can be tailored to local circumstances.

We have developed a tool called NorthStar that can answer these and similar questions.

Theory of planned behaviour manual
The theory of planned behaviour can be used to develop questionnaires that will guide the development of quality improvement interventions.  This manual will make it easier.
